Our competence in Environmental Industry

During the last years Environmental Industry has changed a lot, both in terms of law regulations and of market.
As a consequence, today it is absolutely necessary to use ongoing treatment processes and control them by means of measurement and control systems.
In this context, Endress+Hauser is supporting its customers with its wide range of measuring systems for different applications in Environmental Industry (sensors which provide all kind of information, with the most innovative communication systems). The offering includes the right measurement technique for level, flow, pressure, analytical, temperature, data logging, digital communication.
E+H offering is completed by a customized Service which supports the entire instrumentation life cycle, from installation to commissioning, until maintenance. Moreover, Endress+Hauser boasts a global network of Water Industry Managers, who provide a wealth of application knowledge from their vast experience in the water industry. Wherever accuracy, reliability and support are needed, Endress+Hauser is the industry's long-term partner.
Wastewater Treatment
In Wastewater Treatment, where law regulations impose an important treatment process to remove organic charge and the principal nutrients, Endress+Hauser offers measuring sensors of specific chemical physical parameters (dissolved oxygen, ph, sludge level concentration) with the analyzers of specific chemical parameters (ammonia, nitrates, phosphates, BOD, COD) which reach a dual objective: on one hand the purification efficiency improvement and, on the other hand, the associated costs management optimization.
Potable Water Treatment
For Potable Water Treatment and distribution, law regulations concerns potable process improvement, attending on coagulation/flotation processes, filtration and disinfection to reduce by-products creation, including distribution network as point where parameter limits have to be respected.
Surface Water
For Surface Water, where regulations impose water classification and monitoring, with different environmental and chemical quality objectives for surface and nether water, Endress+Hauser proposal focus on both on-time and ongoing monitoring, including data acquisition and transmission systems with a display software and alarm management.
