Innovative products which generate additional benefits for the customer, are crucial for Endress+Hauser's success. Sixty years after the foundation of the company, the innovative drive shows no signs of abating: the record 219 patent applications in 2010 were topped last year with 225 patents. 

Endress+Hauser pursues an active patent rights policy. Endress+Hauser PatServe, features patent engineers and attorneys based in Weil am Rhein, Germany, who take care of all affairs involving industrial property. The annual Endress+Hauser Innovator's Meeting is an acknowledgement to the outstanding achievements of the company´s inventors. The most important patents being honoured with the Patent Rights Incentive Award
